Atlanta Open for Business is comprised of the following programs:

• Commercial Property Improvement Grant - Apply for grants of up to $50,000 that can be used for both internal and external improvements to their commercial property. 

• Commercial Down Payment Assistance - Offers low-interest financing to assist existing business owners in the city of Atlanta acquire commercial property.

• 亚特兰大创业成长贷款 Program - Offers low-interest loans of up to $150,000 for Atlanta tech startups to grow and scale.

Atlanta Open for Business Fund 影响

With generous support from Wells Fargo, United Way of Greater Atlanta, in collaboration with Invest Atlanta, has established the Atlanta Open for Business Fund program.
